I have been trying to lose the last few pounds of baby weight and opted to jump on the Trim Healthy Mama bandwagon. I know people think I'm nuts. But, it isn't a diet. It's a life style change. You know, a lot of this stuff I have always done. Lots of veggies and proteins at meals and limiting the carbs. I'm not saying no carbs and no junk - I'm just saying limiting them. Bigger portions of veggies compared to rice, etc.

Today I made these delicious PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE COOKIES. Oh - they are so good!
The recipe: Start with 1 cup of Peanut Butter into a bowl. Then add 1 egg, 2 T Cocoa Powder, 1t vanilla, 10-12t truvia. Mix the ingredients together and roll into balls. Place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and press down into a cookie shape. Bake for 10 minutes at 350. (Makes 18)
Then...HIDE THEM FROM YOUR KIDS or they will eat them!
