Bakin' cookies! Trim Healthy Mama Style!

UntitledI have been trying to lose the last few pounds of baby weight and opted to jump on the Trim Healthy Mama bandwagon.  I know people think I'm nuts.  But, it isn't a diet. It's a life style change. You know, a lot of this stuff I have always done. Lots of veggies and proteins at meals and limiting the carbs. I'm not saying no carbs and no junk - I'm just saying limiting them.  Bigger portions of veggies compared to rice, etc.

The coolest part about Trim Healthy Mama is the delicious recipes that are part of the plan.  You can find Trim Healthy Mama recipes almost ANYWHERE on the web!

Today I made these delicious PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE COOKIES.  Oh - they are so good!

The recipe: Start with 1 cup of Peanut Butter into a bowl. Then add 1 egg, 2 T Cocoa Powder, 1t vanilla, 10-12t truvia.  Mix the ingredients together and roll into balls.  Place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and press down into a cookie shape.  Bake for 10 minutes at 350.  (Makes 18)

Then...HIDE THEM FROM YOUR KIDS or they will eat them!
