Today is Father's Day....I need to start by saying I am so lucky to have such an amazing husband who is a great Dad to our kids.  (Also lucky to have such an awesome Dad and Father in Law)

Today, the kids and I made Vegas a yummy breakfast and he sported his new Super Man shirt complete with cape while Achoo sported Super Man shirt with cape (thanks to Target) and they headed off to run some errands...you may have seen them around.  Ha!

Vegas has been busy getting a few things done around the house as we continue our move prep so today he spent some time working on those projects. The girls and I went out to find the Quadrangle and it was a lost cause...I was SO LOST.  We also hit the grocery store and bought some needed ingredients for one of my 30 while 30 (I'll blog about it later).  Oh...and one of the cool things we bought was the ingredients for our science experiment this week.  (check back for that info)

I just so happened to have a lot of graham crackers, marshmallows and chocolate....you can only imagine after dinner was grilled that we attempted to make some deliciousness.  Vegas decided to try it a new way (instead of using skewers and roasting the marshmallow and then assembling he built and melted) - I think he's decided this isn't the way to go...probably best not to put the chocolate on the hot grill...that should be added later (lesson learned for today).

The kids assembled them in the kitchen:

Then we brought them outside and placed them on the grill:

Gooey (don't judge me for using paper plates its a long story):

The kids all wanted one:

Achoo isn't really sure why you mix chocolate and marshmallow:

Girls loved them:

What a mess!!!:

What an amazing day to celebrate our favorite Dad here...it was messy but fun!  Hope you all had a blessed weekend.  We cannot wait to share with you all our fun projects, things and activities from this week!  Stay tuned!!!
