Dulce de YUM!

Remember I was talking about dulce de leche awhile ago?? Well, here is my photo. I actually made that poundcake just to go with this but I've been eating it with apples too.

It is so easy! It's actually called DANGER PUDDING if you make it the way I do...and easy, oh so easy! You take a can of sweetened condensed milk (or three if you're like me)! Take the label off, get a big pot filled with water. Put the cans in there and make sure there is at least a couple inches of water above the cans. Bring this to a rolling boil and boil for 3 hours. I flipped the cans halfway through. You need to watch the stove as it will evaporate and you'll need to add more water. It's so easy though and good!

Oh, and small side note -- allow to cool before opening or they will explode!

I use this method to make the 'Toffee' for Banoffee Pies. It tastes amazing.
