Kiwi Jam

In an attempt to not waste a bunch of Kiwis we had received in our Bountiful Basket...I decided to make KIWI JAM.

We used this recipe to make our kiwi jam...never heard of it? Neither had I...but its yummy!

I don't have a canning device...but you don't need one. You just need a large pot! It is really easy to do!

Final product...yup, a bunch of kiwi jam with shelf life of about a year (or more depending where you read). I made apple sauce yesterday and canned it too...now I think I'm going to attempt to make and can my own tomato sauce!!! YUM! It was so much fun! And, its delicious!!!

We love canning veggies and things. come this fall my kitchen table won't have any space :) How did the canning go on your glass top stove? I'm scared I'm going to crack the glass...
