Family fun!

Ok, so yesterday we went to the Children's Museum for some family fun. The girls had a blast...

We started out by hanging out in the sand pit digging for some dinos...

Then we went down the dino slide...

We hung out in the little farm area (kids 3 and under area)

They found this fun egg game that you collect eggs and watch them drop...

We ventured into the shadow room...where some of us had more fun then others...

Finally, the water area had gotten a little less busy so we raced over there to let them have some fun...

And right behind the water area they have a huge climbing structure...we waited until all the school aged kids had gone to another area and then let the little ones have at it...

You are probably thinking could we do anything else?

YES!

Both girls went to town milking the cow...

When I tried to explain to them that this is where the milk they drink comes from...they looked a little confused...ok, so maybe it doesn't come from a plastic cow that squirts water in the middle of a museum...but it does come from a cow. I will venture this spring/summer and find a dariy farm!

We went and painted a little bit...

And then we hit the little playhouse area where they could dress up and put a show on!

We even learned a little about cars...

But by that time Momma was getting hungry and so were #2 and #3...we convinced #1 to leave and then went to find some lunch.

We had an awesome lunch at Bertucci's. I love that place and since the closest one is in Richmond we NEVER go...but, I promise you when I'm back in Boston I will be going!!

that place looks better than the last time we were there. Kids grow up so fast. I cried thinking about Iszak growing up. we need more fun in life.
