Its been awhile...

not since I blogged sillies! Since I uploaded pictures off of the camera that I had to have...and really - I did HAVE to have it. It takes awesome photos...and I love it. I use it often but recently I came to realize that having two kids is time consuming...between running to and from church and playgroups and doctors and traveling and you name it...we've been having fun!
I thought you'd all like to see some pictures though of what's been going on in the *gasp* 2+ months of me not actively removing pictures from my camera...so here goes nothing...I took this first picture when Amelia turned 5 months old...isn't it adorable? Its her five month mommy made portraits!
I also took this picture outside...but I was just figuring out the camera - and I'm still not good at it...so there are some major shadowy issues that probably could be resolved in a photo program...but I don't have time to sit and edit all these photos...not yet anyways! The weather started to get nice in March...so we'd go to the park quite a bit. The park with two kids is definitely more of a challenge then the park with one kid...even if your second kid is tied to you! Its still fun though!!We also had lots of outdoor time at home...this is one of my favorite pictures of Abby...she's so stinkin' cute! And what is the month of March (yes these are still March pictures) without Chick Fil A playtime...she loves Chick Fil A...and you can see how happy she is to be playing there!Ok...so then April came...could my baby be any cuter?
Then of course we had a trip to the beach...you know because its all of like four miles from our house;) I love this really long pier thing...it just looks so cool. I guess they built another one down there but I haven't been down recently.Momma & Abby walking on the beach!Daddy & Abby dying Easter Eggs for Easter!!
Abby finding the Easter Eggs;)Abby showing Amelia her way cool Easter basket that she got...
We had some fun times at the museum with William...Abby says "I'm riding William..." oh boy do we have a lot to look forward to! The weather in May became beautiful...it was the perfect time to play outside...silly girl! She's big into the swingset...a gift for her first birthday that may have seemed silly at the time but is getting lots of use!!!Some fun in the backyard pool...A trip to the strawberry field to pick some berries...and then we made some jam:)Melissa & Iszak came too...actually so did Ellen & Tim (plus Bella) and Lyz & Robert (plus William & Lucena) and Sharon (and Lilly)...it was a St. Mark's Mothers & Others outting!!!Jen attempting to keep shaded w/ the Boston hat...and Amelia chillin'....Amelia's got some wild tongue action...And...she loves her sister - they are actually getting to the ages where they play well together. It surprises me because I thought it would take a little longer then this...its so freakin' awesome!!!Of course...life isn't all smiles. I have so many unhappy pictures and I have to say I just love them too!Abby's quite the ham...she was trying to model for the camera;) If I take too many pictures of Amelia she reminds me to take some of her...although sometimes I think I take more of her then Amelia...
Amelia playing in her room....Korbin's 3rd birthday party...it was the last Mothers & Others for the season as well...Joe was TDY that week to North Carolina and we had just bought some new dino jammies (Abby loves dinos)...but she also needed to wear her ballet shoes to bed...hehe.Then just this past week I brought down all of Abby's old toys...but the catch...I told her they were all Amelia's. She doesn't remember any of them! I think I put them away in August/Sept so its been quite a few months. She keeps telling Amelia to share her toys....Amelia likes them but...

She likes the floor vent better...and that thing behind the door that makes the boingy sound too!Amelia's been growing by leaps and bounds lately...she amazes me daily. She cut her first tooth recently and is working on a second as we speak. She pulled herself up to standing alone the other day and then this morning decided she was ready to cruise down the couch. I was so nervous about her finding stairs...but thankfully she's not interested in climbing them...just gnawing on them:) How funny.

Well...that's it for this post...lots and lots of pictures as promised...I'll try to keep better updated in the future!

Haha! I love that one of Abby that you love, too. So cute...and it's just hilarious that Amelia chews on the stairs!
